Description: The Duplicating Center Technician will coordinate and maintain all aspects of the established addressing equipment and perform related duties associated with the addressing/mailing process to ensure compliance with USPS postal regulations and/or House guidelines.   The technician functions as support to the Duplicating Center Supervisor and will perform related duties associated with press/pre-press processing to ensure quality production standards, often under strict deadlines.

Salary Range: $40,000 - $48,000

Minimum Qualifications: Requires excellent customer service skills.  High School diploma with two year trade school equivalent and three years’ experience operating industry standard high volume, high speed networked variable data inkjet addressing equipment including tabbers, strappers and tyers. Knowledge of U.S. Postal Regulations and the legislative process is preferred. The ability to utilize validation software necessary for commercial mailing practices. The ability to navigate USPS dashboard related to eDoc submission process. Must have the ability to lift heavy objects, operate a pallet jack, and have proficient computer skills.
